Development of a completely Belgian aperitif crafted from apple cider. The primary use of this alcohol will be for crafting cocktails during festival seasons. The communication strategy for this new product is lighthearted, laid-back, and centered around apple blossoms. The product was available in supermarkets (Delhaize) and bars.
